    Dillon Weitl, the Director of Architecture for 142 Design Group specializing in industrial and commercial design, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role. As a licensed architect in multiple states, Dillon has played an integral part in shaping the design landscape of cold storage, manufacturing, and distribution facilities throughout his tenure with the company. In 2020, he made a strategic move from Atlanta to Houston, assuming leadership of the architectural team while spearheading the establishment of the Houston Architecture division.

    Originally from a farm near Templeton, Iowa, Dillon's journey into architecture began with his graduation from Iowa State University in 2014. His early career saw him immersed in diverse design environments, including a stint at a design-build firm in Ames, Iowa, focusing on healthcare projects, and later at an architecture firm in Omaha, Nebraska, specializing in K-12 educational facilities.

    Joining ARCO in 2019, Dillon initially contributed to the Atlanta office's endeavors before his pivotal relocation to Houston. Outside of his professional pursuits, Dillon finds joy in his newly married life, indulging in his passions for travel, hunting, and exploring urban landscapes with his family and friends. A devoted sports enthusiast, he can often be found passionately cheering on his favorite teams, including Iowa State and the Green Bay Packers.
